The Greek tragedy

Greece is now deemed to suffer eternally from once having cheated badly to be taken into the Eurozone. I pity the Greek people though, especially those who did not take advantage of their people's intrinsic financial light-heartedness. Above all, however, the current dilemma of Hellas,our civilization's cradle, well illustrates the difference of mentality that still exists between North and South Europe, as well as the megalomania among the EU bureaucrats when it comes to expanding the European fortress and specifically the rate at which they thought it be possible. Especially the Eurozone, now reveals itself to have been an insane project from the very beginning, and more so expanding across the borders of France, Germany and Benelux.
